I scour the multiple list search (MLS) every day. It's hard to get used to 400K being a low price... harder still is getting used to the ridiculous photos and the horrible descriptions that go with them. So... here I vent. Enjoy.

Should I clear out the sink?
No, Roy, when people are about to spend half a mil on a house, they like to see if the kitchen works. Best way to do that is picture it with lots of dirty dishes, an open cupboard and a nice bowl of porridge.
