I scour the multiple list search (MLS) every day. It's hard to get used to 400K being a low price... harder still is getting used to the ridiculous photos and the horrible descriptions that go with them. So... here I vent. Enjoy.

REALTOR DEFINITIONS #1: "Cozy"
"It's so small!"
"Yes, but it's cozy. It has that cozy feel. We'd be so cozy in this house."
Co•zy. [koh-zee] Adj.
House with 1000 square feet or less but worth the money because it's, well, cozy.
