I scour the multiple list search (MLS) every day. It's hard to get used to 400K being a low price... harder still is getting used to the ridiculous photos and the horrible descriptions that go with them. So... here I vent. Enjoy.

Seriously
I looked at the mls for 45 minutes today. This was one of 6 listings featuring pics of living rooms with the TV on. SOMEONE FIND A REALTOR TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.
They want you to know that the TV works in case you want to purchase that too. It's marketing synergy at it's finest. Oh, and I'm digging the red leather recliner couches. Maybe they'll throw those in with the TV?
